Yes. Most patients who transfer to us are already established on treatment. As long as we can review your previous blood tests, recent monitoring blood tests and your current prescription, transferring your care is usually straightforward.
Not necessarily. If your current treatment is working well and is clinically appropriate, our aim is usually to continue your existing treatment without unnecessary changes. If we think any adjustments would improve your care or safety, we’ll discuss these with you before making any changes.
There is a £75 transfer consultation, which gives your doctor time to review your medical history, previous blood tests and current treatment. If you don’t require medication or blood tests during your first month with us, we’ll waive this consultation fee.

No. Our treatment plans are provided on a monthly rolling subscription. We believe patients stay with us because they’re happy with the care they receive, not because they’re tied into a lengthy contract.
Yes. We offer face-to-face appointments at our Leeds clinic as well as remote consultations for patients across the UK. Many of our patients never need to travel to Leeds, but the option is there if you’d prefer to be seen in person.
Your care will be led by Dr Mazhar, who has worked as a doctor for over nine years and has experience managing testosterone replacement therapy across multiple TRT clinics. Where appropriate, he also works alongside experienced consultant colleagues for advice on more complex clinical cases.
